The Trussville man shot to death by police in Nashville has been identified by the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation as 31-year-old Daniel Turney Crowley. Outside of work, Lisa loves to read (anything by Elizabeth Berg), explore nature preserves, and practice yoga. She’s also uniquely suited to multitask and troubleshoot after a career in Massachusetts’ public school system, where she specialized in reading intervention. Lisa’s vast skillset is attributable to her past experience as a legal secretary.
In her new role she will ensure all guests and callers receive a warm reception, while tackling a variety of other administrative duties that fall under the umbrella of client satisfaction. Lisa says she is especially serious about providing a positive customer service experience.
